I resisted that idea for a long time, because I didn't know how to be responsible for my emotions in a way that didn't include blame or shame. In this episode I share what it is that you're responsible for and how you can lean into that responsibility in a way that serves you. Being responsible for yourself is the most empowering thing you can do because you are the biggest influence you have in your life. It's time to let yourself influence you fully.
