Veteran psychologist, author, and Never Binge Again founder Dr. Glenn Livingston joins the boys on the podcast this week to discuss food addiction, binge eating, and how to create a healthier relationship with food
The former CEO of two consulting firms that provided millions of dollars of research to Fortune 500 clients, many in the food industry, Glenn was disillusioned by what traditional psychology had to offer overweight and/or food-obsessed individuals.
Dr. Livingston spent several decades researching the nature of binge eating and overeating via work with his own patients and a self-funded research program with more than 40,000 participants. Most important, however, was his own personal journey out of obesity to a normal, healthy weight, and a better relationship with food.
