With a passion for all things fitness and personal development, Kylie Larson is a High Performance Coach & Yoga Teacher, as well as an L1, L2 Macronutrient Expert and self-described Myth Buster. Her adoration for yoga began back in 2002 with a few classes at her local 24 Hour Fitness, and the rest is history. Over the years Kylie has worked incredibly hard and managed to pivot and make a full career change, completing her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, as well as amassing numerous certifications, specifically in Yin Yoga, TurboKick, willPower & Grace, Yoga-Sculpt, Bootcamp Yoga, Barre, and Kettlebells. She loves being healthy and fit, and most of all sharing her knowledge with the masses.
