Kara Goss is a Registered Dietitian and NASM-Certified Personal Trainer with a firm belief that nutrition and fitness need to be personalized to an individual's goals and lifestyle. Having started her own journey with a coach in January of 2018, Kara has experienced firsthand how crucial it is to have a mentor who is unbiased and always one step ahead to help guide you to success. After completing six years of education, Kara established Kara Goss Nutrition and Fitness in October of 2019. With a clear passion for assisting others as they embark on their own health journeys, Kara considers being able to help people find their true strength, both physical and mental, one of the biggest blessings in her life.
