Description

In commercial real estate a Letter of Intent or LOI is often called an offer or term sheet. LOI's are used to negotiate the deal points and outline the provisions to be included in a purchase and sale agreement or PSA. Although LOIs are non-binding and fairly succinct, there are many important sections to understand and include.
