As a Burmese, my parents have been nagging me forever to change the water offered in the Altar daily.
Being stubborn n lazy off course I don’t follow orders so I let this slip … and on occasion I would replace the water.
Then I came to an Aha moment
Probably because I’m a Scorpio and I’m a water sign ….
That I made this beautiful realization recently
That changed my mind altogether.
Now - Water offering has become my weekly ritual
To set an intention for the week.
It’s a beautiful practice for calming the mind
Developing a meditation ritual/ practice.
