Jussie Smollett ( Jamal Lion / EMPIRE FOX ) took a nasty turn as reports reveal 2 brothers were recently interviewed and later released without charges .
The Officer of the Chicago Police Dept stated , Despite any reports of it being staged , there just was no evidence that the alleged attack was a hoax or that the actor Jussie Smollett
" continues to be treated as a victim & not as a suspect ! "
I am OUTARAGED that Justice is not being served ! ..
