I love to refer to myself as the “non diet dietitian” because I help women escape the diet cycle and build a healthy, flexible balanced lifestyle that supports long term success with weight & health related goals. I found my passion for nutrition after a year starting off at Drexel as an interior design major. After being deprived of science I wanted to suddenly learn all about it in regards to how the body & nutrition works. After Drexel I went on to get my masters in nutrition & wellness at Benedictine university in IL and completed my dietetic internship which allowed me to become a Registered Dietitian. I have had my practice for just over 10 years now and dedicate my career to helping women go from diet burn out to lifestyle balance.
