What are Goals?

A goal is only but a guide to where you are trying to go. But to go where you want to go you have to become the person that is able to go there.

Just like how water takes the form of its container, you should be fluid enough to shape yourself to be congruent to the goal you want to achieve, the person you want to be.

Create the container, the identity of who you want to be or who you have to be to achieve the goal you've set. Then be like water and shape yourself to fill the container, a habit at a time.
