Once your goal has been set, you then have to map out the path you are going to take to reach that goal.

Traversing through the path is an everyday struggle. It is full of thoughts of weakness and fear.

Face those thoughts and traverse the path everyday. Do not over analyze and just start traversing the path and learn along the way. Indecision leads to anxiety and weakness.
