Meditation has become such a strong practice in my life. It has helped me in countlesss ways. I was not a person who was raised or taught to meditate... but in 2020 I was forced to find some new routine to support my mental health. Meditation became a healthy addiction. I can totally feel the difference on the days that I take time to connect to myself verses on the days I don't. I wanted to start sharing this avenue for people to provide them with the permission slip to make themselves a priority; not only with a skin care routine but also a health practice. This is the first expression of this type of work I have shared through my business and I am so exited because I know its not the last! I hope during this episode you can relax and find peace and a moment of self love. Meditation can be done in many ways and I am excited to introduce a few options to you!
