Beverly King survived the 2017 mass shooting at a country music festival in Las Vegas. The Malone-native spoke with me about the harrowing, life-changing experience and the work she now does with a non-profit group called Comfort Cubs, which sends teddy bears to help victims heal from trauma and loss.
