Eunjee, Won Hee, and Matty sit down and reflect on their racial identity and how they experienced blatant racism but also subtle microagressions as Asian Americans. With the recent events of awareness towards AAPI hate crimes, we found it important to sit down and start the conversation somewhere. How can we process things that we have kept suppressed for so long?
This was definitely just a starting point, but we’re hopeful for more reflections to come over time.
