It's OK if your only goal is to put pants on. Cut yourself some slack while the world's on fire.

You'll see lots of people doing their own thing with goals and intentions for the year. Leave them to it. Do whatever your brain and body need you to do right now and don't feel bad about it. 

Goals are only useful when you're in the right mindset to do something with them.
