It’s our pleasure to continue to our root series, and explore some temperate roots. To kick off this season, this Spring, we are discussing our fave, Dandelion (taraxacum officianale)! Dandy is such an important support/ally/tonic for our liver, which is the organ system of the spring. Dandy is such a goddess and we’re so excited to dive deep into our relationship with Dandelion, the most common AND powerful medicinal plant!
