Greetings, friends! *sips nettle tea* We’re here, bringing you another episode from Lake Lure, North Carolina! This week, we’re being petty about SUPPLEMENTS. Many people believe that they cannot get all their nutritional needs from food, and need to rely on vitamin pills and other supplements. Some has to say it, THAT’S iNCORRECT! We tell you all about why supplements are incomplete, unregulated, and why foods are more beneficial, as they have a more broad nutrition profile. The Earth can provide us what we need without trying to control her. Enjoy, eat, and COOK THOSE GREENS!
