Positivity and Solutions. In today’s age we are constantly bombarded with negativity and so many things trying to get our attention. Do you focus on how you energy is impacted before, during and after engagement with certain content? What about with certain people? Or certain situations? The good thing about having routines throughout the week is we can notice patterns and try and come up with helpful solutions. Try not to sit in worry, and a sense of impending doom and negativity. Try and open a time and space to process. And a time and space to map out solutions to see if there are methods of actually obtaining ideal results. Instead of letting the negativity overtake the energy for the day.
