Heathen faith, worshipping Nordic Gods. Church for people Of native European descent, Racial purity, fears of white genocide, (fragile, weak, needing sense of purpose). Minnesota temple (3rd).Preserving blonde hair and blue eyes. Kindred groups join. Viking era teachings and exclusion of people non white who want to be members. Considered a “folk religion” but called white supremacists. Not trying to take over but want to call those called to practice that religion. Founded in 1994. White heritage and culture worth preserving. Denial of white supremacist rallies calling it a “peaceful protest rally.” A counter protester was killed. Systems of racism and oppression in Murdock not being called out and connections of the group to the KKK & violent groups appealing to impoverished and ppl who don’t feel that they have a place.
IS THIS RACISM? IS THIS A THREAT TO SAFETY OF MINORITIES?

VERSUS: asatru kindred who protested that group, they allow lgbtq and other races. They call AFA defiling the church. Nothing in the literature states needing to have Northern European descent. States AFA does evil deeds. Community, ritual, connecting to the past.
