Bre opens with our breath, connecting to sensation in the body with neutral awareness. This episode is all about updates on Bre and Alan’s latest life happenings. Bre had to cancel a retreat, but has another one coming up Oct 1-3 that’s closed for sign ups. Alan and Bre hope to do a The Hunter and The Hippie retreat together. Bre shares about her recent 2 week Yoga Therapy training focused on Body Psychology. They dissect Alan’s right shoulder pain. Our body holds trauma, thought patterns, etc. It is so important to balance western medicine with eastern or more energetic based medicine. Perfect example is OUR BREATH! Bre shares how to use your physical and mental edge to free yourself from cycles that don’t serve you and potentially create illness and disease. Alan talks about how we monitor ourselves… and sometimes it’s even a smile or joy. Stop monitoring yourself because you never get that experience back. Alan shares some stories from the crazy rain and flooding he experienced on a work trip. He is going to Alaska for a big adventure and talks about all the awesome spots he’s planning to visit. This is his first big vacation trip in a year and a half. We can’t wait to hear about his epic trip when he’s back!
