Tammy is like many of us today. A true hard worker of many jobs working towards a better life, but also helping others through her passion for better health and positive changes both physically and mentally. Her story is a roller coaster from a young age of seeing the world and living without care and responsibility to waking up one day and realising changes needed to happen or life wasn’t going to get any better. The loss many years ago of a mutual friend, and the inspiring spirit that lives on in Tammy is heard beautifully in her voice as she discusses an incredible journey that is helping many today.
