• arugula
• vinagrette
• pomegranate if desired
• grapefruit or pomelo (I use grapefruit— usually like 2 if you want a big salad)
• oranges (at least 3)
• goat cheese
• pistachios

Lian's Recipe

• Tomatoes
• Basil
• Mozzerella
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Basalmic Glaze
