Welcome to Pillar 4! The final foundational principle of The HCA Wellness Curriculum.
Pillar 4 is Mindful Moments. Embedding Mindful Moments into our day makes physiological changes to our nervous system that helps us be calmer, clearer and more relaxed. Mindful Moments help us to feel like we have space like we can breathe and move with more ease throughout our day and, ultimately our life. This pillar guides us to dance with the day and get into a more natural rhythm of flow, where we feel more connected to ourselves, each other, and our environment in positive, feel-good ways.
