I originally came to yoga to support my mental health back in 2010 so I am very excited to share my chat with Dr Lauren Tober, who is a Clinical Psychologist and Senior Yoga Teacher based in Byron Bay and Mullumbimby, Australia.
Dr Lauren integrates the best of western psychology with ancient yogic wisdom and we dive into how your yoga practice can be an effective way to support your mental health, as well as be a guide for living a healthy and happy life.
