This week's episode is all about having the courage to not only have your (personal) story heard, but shared with the world through different creative mediums. I chat with filmmaker Victoria Anderson-Gardiner about her experience creating her documentary, "The Hurt That Binds Us" a story about her family's intergenerational trauma due to the Indian Residential School System and how it came to be. Not only does she share the reason for creating the documentary in the first place but what it means to her and others who have experienced a form of intergenerational trauma. It's an episode about bravery in all aspects - with your family, your truth, and staring that truth in the face.
