Sabrina Ward Harrison published her first book, Spilling Open: The Art of Becoming Yourself, at 23. This piece was an intimate and moving picture of the contradictions young women face as they are forced into societal norms. She has since published four more books, Brave on the Rocks, Messy Thrilling Life, the true and the questions, and The story is happening.
Sabrina taught creativity worldwide for two decades with a belief that her fellow humans must create what they most need to find. She leads two online experiences, Full Color Life: getting into your deep creative flow, and Liberate, a course about publishing the book that is within you. In the Spring of 2016 she and childhood friend and fellow painter, Trenton Reynolds launched the Podcast, Room in the Trees which focuses on living a creative life.
