Frank Baine is a professional teacher and the spokesperson of Uganda Prisons. He holds a conversation with Crystal Newman, describing his life growing up as a child with a dream of becoming a priest, then a lawyer, but ended up as a teacher. He eventually joined the public service sector and worked as the longest-serving spokesperson for 14 years.
