The Chief Magistrates Court at Buganda Road issued an arrest warrant against famous Ugandan author, Kakwenza Rukirabashaija for skipping bail on Wednesday 23rd, March. As per the author's lawyer, Kakwenza is in a private hospital within the country receiving treatment for his torture wounds inflicted on him during his detention.
