Episode 33: We all go through stress. It's inevitable. A lot of the time we stress about the things we can't control. However, one thing we can always control is our attitude toward these negative situations we are stressing about.



Jennell does a solo episode and gets a little vulnerable about what she has been stressing about lately. As she goes through this journey to get back on her feet and overcome stress, she shares with you all some of the things she's learned and has begun to practice.
