Episode 18: This week is a very special episode as Jai takes on his first solo recording! As most of you may already know, abs are made in the kitchen. You can workout for 3 hours a day and 6 days a week, but if you're still eating like shit, it won't matter. You can't outwork a bad diet! Jai discusses happy vs. healthy food. For breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, he gives you guys a variety of healthy alternatives you can choose over foods that may not be the best for your health.

With all that being said, choosing a healthier lifestyle through food doesn't have to be hard. It does not mean eating 5 salads a day. The main thing is to build a positive relationship with food. Having cheats meals and still eating that in-n-out that you love is okay in moderation. Practicing simple habits such as limiting sugar and salt intake, eating less fat, and incorporating more color into your meals can go a very long way.
