Episode 13: Everyday habits are what form our life. The simple things we practice each day seem minor, but they are the compound interest of who we choose to be. After coming across a YouTube video called "The Habit Tier" list, we decided to rank 15 of our own habits into an A, B and C tier list.

A being life changing keystone habits.

B being powerful habits that impact one of the four pillars: health, wealth, love or happiness.

C being good habits that have some benefit to one of the pillars.



A lot of the good habits we practice today are thanks to James Clear's book Atomic Habits. If you're looking for a solution to ditch bad habits or need help sticking to new ones, we highly recommend his book!
