Corporate For the Culture strives to create space to honor that every human is diverse. We begin every episode with each speakers ‘Dimensions of Identity’ to acknowledge the pieces of identity that shape their perspectives in order to promote understanding and empathy and to eliminate bias. We do this because we recognize that black people are not monolithic and our perspectives are built from our experiences which may differ from yours.
