My guest today is Ellen Mcdermott, who as well as being an elite level cyclist for team BoomPods, she also has her own performance nutrition company.

Regardless of what your discipline is or what calibre of rider you are, we all have those targets in mind motivate us to get us out of bed in the morning and jump on the bike.

seeing misinformation, lack of education, and athletes getting many things to do with carbohydrates completely wrong. In doing so, compromising their training, adaption to exercise, recovery, and race results.
