The "5Cs" -- cash, car, condo, credit card, country club membership -- are five material aspirations commonly sought after by Singaporeans and considered symbols of success and wealth. But with the rising cost of living, are the traditional 5Cs now out of reach for the average Singaporean? Do younger Singaporeans even care about the 5Cs in this day and age? At this roundtable, we discuss whether these material aspirations are still relevant, or if it's time to move beyond them and focus on more holistic values.
