Supervillain Jefferson Stewart, alias Weatherman, watches in horror as the upstart superhero wannabe Erica meets her idol, the cybernetic, femme fatale Sleek. Unfortunately, this encounter goes horribly wrong when Erica learns that Sleek doesn’t take kindly to unlicensed vigilantes intruding into superhero affairs.
