Chief Dennis Ray is a retired Fire Chief who has recorded 27 years in public safety and 31 years in fire safety. He worked with both state and local law enforcement and through the process has decided to create Palmetto Executive Services LLC, a consulting service for future Chiefs and any other public safety officials to help them prepare or get through their jobs.
