Debi stopped by the podcast today to share her leadership journey. She is the Community Relations Manager for Trillium Health Plans and a Board Member for the Bethel School District. Debi has been a servant-leader in Lane County and the community of Eugene, OR since her time as a full time mom. The journey began with serving in the Parent Group for Clear Lake Elementary. Public Education is very important to her. She wanted to be involved from the time her children were young in the local school serving her community and families. This exposed to the serious challenges facing children and families such as poverty, generational poverty, hunger, unhoused realities and much more. This is her story.
