We're back this with with episode 42 and we're getting closer to wrapping up The Ascension Series!!! Wow can you believe it!? I'm still in amazement with how much this platform has grown and I have so many of you to thank. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!
This week's episode we'll be getting into understanding anxiety, as well as what you shouldn't say to someone who struggles with anxiety. Having been diagnosed with Unspecified Anxiety Disorder has allowed me to really recognize my strengths and weaknesses and it's also given me answers to a lot of questions. I know I'm not alone on this journey so I felt like this topic was one that needed to be discussed.
We'll discuss our triggers and ways to cope with anxiety because for those of us that experience this daily, we all know how much finding ways to cope can either be the highest of highs or the LOWEST of lows!!
The important thing to remember is that we have the resources and tools in place to help us and if we surround ourselves with the right people, that's what will make this journey worth fighting!
