Controversy erupted on the University at Buffalo campus last week when a student group welcomed a speaker who has been critical of the transgender movement. Campus liberals wouldn’t have it. Did UB stand up for free speech or cave to the pressure? We’ll tell you what happened.

Then, the saga over the religious liberty rights of a Syracuse, faith-based adoption agency has ended. It comes with a slap down of the state and a settlement for the adoption agency.

Next, our pro-abortion Governor and her radical sidekick Attorney General are at it again. They’re demanding that pharmacy chains make abortion-inducing pills widely available. These two will not tolerate any deviation from their pro-abortion dogma.

On the gambling front, New York is poised to license even more casinos in our state. This time, they’ll be downstate, though. In fact, it could be as many as three more coming to the Metropolitan area. Shameful.

Finally, the annual State Budget is due by April 1. The Governor and the State Legislature don’t always hit that mark, but the state’s fiscal plan is usually completed somewhere around that time. Today, we’ll tell you about five things that our organization believes should be included in this year’s budget.
