This episode is all about owning our own shit and taking responsibility for the part we play. We need to start looking inward and identifying where we need to change. I have been in relationships where I was hoping it would magically change into what I wanted but I never said what I wanted or needed and I wasn't making any changes. I was expecting it to change without doing any of the work. Once I learned how to look at how and where I needed to change, that's when my relationships shifted.
