In today's episode we have a special guest none other than Rob Reed Fitness. For those of you that don't know, Rob is actually my trainer, and fitness coach ( yes, coaches can have coaches too! I recommend it).
When I was lost and looking to find my way, Rob helped me and taught me how to exercise and train properly, and most importantly, how to understand nutrition, and how to take care of my body, and maintain my health. I would not be where I am right now, and where I'm going if it weren't for him. I go into more detail in the episode.
