Description

In this episode I explain the concept of " Adding Weight to the Bar."
Two ways to do this are
-Mentally ( building your mental muscle)
-Physically (building your muscles through fitness)
I explain what happens when you DON'T add weight to the bar and choose to
-settle
-stay the same
-not grow
-remain in your comfort zone
and what happens when you DO add weight to the bar
-enter the discomfort zone
-level up your life
-grow
-gain momentum to your goals and success
I also add in a few examples of adding weight to the bar in my personal life, and with my clients in my Fitness by JC program.
