So many times we open the fridge expecting to find something magically appear, only to be let down by not finding it. This same action can be applied with our goals. Why do we perform the same action, expecting a different result? Why do we keep doing something, knowing we're avoiding that one thing that will yield our result? I break this down in the episode.
I also touch on the literal example of this phrase, and not opening that refrigerator door. As a health and fitness coach, I know first hand that we can struggle to ignore those cravings, and often give in more times than we would like. I break down how to get around that, and use the closed refrigerator door as an accountability tool, amongst other things.
