It's that time again! Back to school is coming soon, if it hasn't already!!

Not everyone in the US starts back at the same time, so you're kids may already be back or you still have some time if they start after Labor Day (like Melissa's kids do)!

But nonetheless, the stress of summer is still hot on our heels as we transition back to the School Year.

Bedtime enforcements, busy mornings, packing lunches, breakfast on the go... just to name a few of those returning stressors in life.

We go through some ways to minimize the stress of the changing schedule as it will be here before you know it.
