Description

In this episode, I interview my mom as my first guest on the podcast. We discuss the importance of delegating responsibility, stepping back as a parent, and life in general. Whether or not you're new to coaching, or a seasoned professional, this episode is for you. About the Guest: Ericka is an experienced dancer and cheerleader. When she started working at a K-12, she decided to volunteer as the High School cheerleading coach, there she was the head coach for two years. She then went on to work at a K-8 where she took on the role of the Middle School coach and successfully built and maintained the cheer program for 13 years. Since then, she's been a wonderful support system as a cheer mom.
