🇮🇷 Few artists can boast of bringing together areas of conversation as varied as art, literature, cinema, politics, religion, society and sport. This is the case of Marjane Satrapi. With her graphic novel masterpiece “Persepolis,” adapted for film in 2007, she deals with the relationship between Iranian women, their veils and the government after the Islamic Revolution. And finally, we're talking about sport because she is the artist selected to design the official tapestry for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
