This is probably the dumbest thing I’ve ever had to research and record on here so far. Demi Lovato recently has been involved in some drama with a small business in LA called “The Bigg Chill” over some sugar-free cookies, dubbing the restaurant as “#DietCultureVultures” on her Instagram. Unsurprisingly, she has not gotten that much support in her heroic cause. Here’s my hot take on the incident as someone who has been recovering from an eating disorder herself for the past 4 years.
