This week, we're talking about gender and relationships. There's a lot to discuss, and we talk about views of gender, gender roles, and relationships. It's a pretty tame battle of the sexes.
We address the following questions:
1. What are the prevailing viewpoints on gender (both inside and outside the church)?
2. What position did we used to hold, what disrupted it, and where do we feel tension now?
3. What does it mean to have a gender from a biblical perspective? What is prescriptive and what is merely descriptive (and can we know)?
4. Where do we go from here? What are healthy "stretches"?
