In today's episode, I created a simple challenge for you to follow EVERY DAY for the next 30 days and beyond to get you started working towards becoming a better person mentally, physically, and spiritually, going after the life you want.
If you feel lost, stuck, or confused with life, start by doing this challenge. By the end of the 30 days, you'll have more confidence, clarity, and a greater sense of well-being.
Daily Tasks: (IF YOU MISS A DAY YOU FAIL-RESTART)
-Drink water
-Eat healthy whole foods
-Cut out the garbage processed foods (chips, cookies, etc.)
-Exercise for a minimum of 20 minutes
-Read a book or listen to a podcast over self-development
-Write out 1 thing you are grateful for
-Meditate for 5 minutes
Challenge yourself to do better at each of these tasks every day!
