"I have been a registered dietitian for 30 years and certified diabetes educator and am board certified in lifestyle medicine. I have had my own business almost 5 years now. I was fortunate to work in an Ornish Lifestyle Medicine program as the nutrition element specialist a little over 3 years ago and it changed the focus of my practice. 

I work with clients 1:1 and in my membership to use the 6 key pillars of lifestyle medicine (eat well, move more, stress less, connect with others, sleep well, and avoid risky substances) to help people prevent and reverse chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity, and some cancers. It’s all about putting people in the driver’s seat in controlling their health.
