I have journaled for more than 20 years. Journaling has changed my life. I read back what Iβve written in my journals before. I canβt believe what I have written or felt back then. Journaling is an underrated form of meditation. It helps us with mental clarity, stay calm, mindfulness, zen, productivity, mental health, wellness, and much more. Iβve spent 10 years writing travel journals and published 2 travel journal books. I decided to have fun in this video. I really enjoyed making it and hope you will like it also.
